Now I've seen it, and liked it; the best since Prisoner of Azkaban.  There are some fairly major deviations from the book, but I'll hold off on spoilerific specifics for a while.  Here's a teensy one: The movie accomplishes the difficult task of making Harry/Ginny believable.

Things I especially like:

2. Cho is so over Cedric.

I'll admit it: In the past I have mocked JK Rowling for naming a character "Cho Chang" (a name that no one would actually have) as an act of tokenistic wannabeism, if those are words (which they aren't).  Then I chanced upon a new (to me) Chinese word the other day:
